Background
Jim’s professional background was in the media industry. It started at the age of 15 and spanned 20-years. During this time, he launched a variety of highly successful multi-media platforms and held numerous senior management roles.
He has since launched two companies and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge across a variety of industries.
If you ask Jim what his biggest leadership challenge is, he will tell you it's trying to be a good husband and role model for his little boy.
